Ar. Lorraine T. Tito joined AGAP in 2022 and has since become a reliable force in the firm’s site operations and project coordination. She handles essential responsibilities such as preparing estimates and milestone budgets, developing Architects’ Instructions and detailed site plans, and conducting on-site inspections to ensure accuracy and progress.

Her role also includes coordinating closely with site personnel and foremen, managing material requests, overseeing contracts for subcontractors and workers, and maintaining consistent site monitoring to keep every phase aligned with project goals.

With interests in history, sports, and humanitarian work, she brings a grounded and purposeful perspective to the field. Guided by her belief, “Not every closed door is locked. Push,” she approaches challenges with determination, initiative, and confidence.
