Ar. John Paul Ifurung joined AGAP in 2019 as a Junior Architect and has since become a dependable presence in the firm’s site operations and planning efforts. His work spans across key project phases—preparing estimates and milestone budgets, developing Architects’ Instructions and detailed site plans, conducting on-site inspections, and coordinating closely with site personnel and foremen to keep every activity aligned and on track.

He also manages material requests and handles contracts for subcontractors and workers, ensuring that project requirements are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Guided by his work philosophy, “When you don't know what to do, just take the first step. The rest will figure itself out naturally,” he approaches every challenge with calm determination and steady progress.
