Aileen Ligsay joined AGAP in 2016 and has since become a dependable force in the firm’s project and administrative operations. She plays a key role in ensuring that every project runs with clarity, accuracy, and seamless coordination. Her responsibilities include managing material requests for project sites, monitoring project expenses, preparing financial reports, processing payslips, and overseeing check requests and disbursements—tasks that require precision, organization, and steady oversight.
Aileen enjoys writing (mostly note-taking rather than literary work), as well as solving puzzles and playing board or word games. These hobbies reflect her sharp attention to detail and her natural inclination toward problem-solving.
Guided by her work philosophy of staying versatile—“be a leader at times, be a doer, be a follower”—Aileen values adaptability, continuous learning, and the willingness to take on whichever role the moment requires.
